From a single restaurant to a diversified family enterprise.
MCA Group began in 1984 when founder M. C. Alavikutty opened Ashana Restaurant in Deira, Dubai, UAE. The early years demanded patience and perseverance, but a commitment to quality and customer trust helped the business grow from one restaurant into a network of eight branches.
During the global financial crisis of 2007–2009, the group faced major challenges and continued with disciplined management and loyal customer support. That resilience opened the way for growth into hospitality, technical services and manufacturing.
MCA Furniture Industries has been serving the furniture field since 2013 from Athavanad, Malappuram. As part of MCA Group, it carries the same values into solid teak craftsmanship—dependable construction, made-to-order production and long-term customer relationships.

Standard production is approximately 7 days after order confirmation and advance payment, subject to capacity. Bulk orders, custom work and design concepts have a separately agreed lead time. For delivery in Kerala, Tamil Nadu or elsewhere, share your location so we can confirm serviceability and freight before you order.

Pay 50% advance to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is payable on delivery.

Delivery & installation
Free delivery within 10 km of our Athavanad workshop. After the first 10 km, ₹20 per additional km, one-way. Confirm the total with our team. Installation / assembly is free. Tolls, parking, ferry, special handling or unusual access may cost extra.
Warranty
5-year limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects in structure and workmanship.
Please report visible delivery issues immediately and other initial defects within 48 hours with photos or video. This reporting window does not cancel the 5-year manufacturing-defect warranty. Returns or replacements apply only to verified manufacturing defects, an incorrect item supplied, or eligible delivery damage. The warranty excludes misuse, water or pest damage, accidents, normal wear, shifting damage and unauthorised modifications.
